5. Damaged Shipments
- If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must report it within our designated grace window.
- Please send an immediate email to onestoploveshopca@gmail.com containing:
- Your order number.
- A clear, unedited picture of the outer carton/shipping box showing the damage, along with photos of the damaged items.
